- All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Unless the fault/defect is from HQ.
- Shipping cost of returning item(s) will be borne by HQ (For point 1 applied)
- Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The color is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
- Return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of the email confirming shipment.
- All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
- All returned item(s) subject to the color and size available.
- Sale and discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. It also must be in the original packaging.
- Only purchase made at our Official Website and our Authorized Agent is eligible for refund or exchange.
- Once returned request approved, you can exchange for another COLOR or CODE as long as it is the same price.
- All return items will be refunded in STORE CREDIT.
- Please complete ‘Refund/Returns Form’ and send it to us together with the defect item(s) after received confirmation email/message from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready.
